Cat Rudolph
She is currently working towards her doctorate in nutritional sciences with a minor in public policy.
Cat is an active member on the Hunger and Environmental Nutrition Practice Group and Public Policy Committee.
To quote one of Cat’s letter of support: “Her work ethic is beyond reproach, and she has a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. I have personally seen this on display at both the 2023 and 2024 RD Day on the Hill events where we met with key legislators from both sides of the aisle. The goal: proactively advocate for our profession’s licensure as well as our Board. These skills, combined with her genuine passion for improving the nutritional health of all, sets Cat apar as a standout dietitian.”
