Allison Lansman - the incoming Diversity & Inclusion Liaison

On behalf of the Iowa Academy, we would like to introduce you to Allison (Allie) Lansman, the incoming Diversity & Inclusion Liaison. She is passionate about resilient, equitable food systems in Iowa and around the globe as a sustainable nutrition writer and education consultant for brands and businesses in the wellness, food, & agriculture industries. Allie is also passionate about advancing health equity, food justice, and cultural-responsiveness in her profession and has volunteered to lead diversity & inclusion efforts to help dietitians in Iowa better serve and represent their local communities. She truly believes Iowa’s Academy can emerge as a national leader of diversity, inclusion, and health equity efforts in the nutrition profession.
