Location: St. Anthony Regional Hospital
You will be assisting the Food & Nutrition Director in the management of department services to provide high value, high quality care. Your work will focus on patient & resident foodservice activities of staff and the Clinical Nutrition activities performed by a team of experienced Registered Dietitians.
Your direction and guidance for clinical nutrition services will ensure conformance to established standards, while you also supervise staff development of personnel in the patient and clinical services area, which includes Meal delivery staff, Diet Clerks, Dietetic Interns and Clinical Dietitians.
Your experience establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and maintaining effective communications with other department managers and staff will be key to your success. We would love for you to have established management experience in a hospitality setting as our goal is our patient’s satisfaction. Your credentials must include a current Dietitian License in Iowa and a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetics. Your education, experience, and judgement will be leveraged in a Supervisory role along with your previous work experience as a Dietitian for a minimum of two years.
