Qualifications: Dietitians must have a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Dietetics. We prefer a minimum of one year's experience in long-term care, but we are willing to train the right people. Marshalltown Supervises Maternal, Child Health/WIC Clinics. Responsible for supervising daily functions of clinics, making sure clinics are staffed and the clinics comply with State rules and regulations. Responsible for maintaining a professional, courteous and efficient working environment in clinics. Clinic Supervisor is responsible for making sure supplies are ordered in a timely manner and all equipment is stocked. Knowledge & Skills Required: Ability to communicate and work effectively with all socio economic levels. Must have good organizational skills. Full-Time Relief Clinical Dietitian and a Full-Time Outpatient Renal Dietitian
At The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC), located in Iowa City, IA, you will immediately feel the academic difference as you provide medical nutrition therapy in Iowa's premier academic medical center. The UIHC is seeking a Full-Time Relief Clinical Dietitian and a Full-Time Outpatient Renal Dietitian for the Food & Nutrition Services department. In these roles, the successful candidates will provide nutritional care to individual patients through assessment of nutritional status and education. Act as preceptors for dietetic interns. Act as resources for nutritional expertise to physicians and other health care professionals. The candidates must demonstrate experience working effectively in a diverse environment. The relief candidate will demonstrate competency of patient care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients across a wide range of medical conditions in the inpatient and outpatient settings. The renal candidate must have at least one year of clinical experience. Renal experience is desired, but not required.
