IDA Scholarships

Number of possible scholarships: Two (2) for $600 each

Scholarship criteria established by IDA:

• Scholastic achievement
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Personal characteristics (communication skills, career goals, and demonstrated commitment to dietetics)
• Letters of Reference

Recipients of IDA scholarships must be students or interns in the fall semester in order to receive the funds. Proof on enrollment will be requested before the scholarship payment will be made.

Application procedure:

1. Complete the application form (including letter addressing goals)
2. Submit two (2) letters of reference
3. Attach one official transcript
4. Make three (3) copies of each document (application form, letters of reference, and transcript) and send the orginals and copies postmarked by January 7 , 2008 to:
